Kath Revell, aka Ninja Granny, runs weekly online and in-person classes in South East Cornwall. She studies with Tom Collingridge and Helen Kingdon from Exeter School of Tai chi Chuan and Karel and Eva Koskuba from the Chinese Internal Arts Association (CIAA) in Reading. We practise Chen style Tai c...hi and silk reeling, and do the Laojia or old form, which is taught posture by posture following Chen Ziqiang's system. In Bagua we do "Eight Dragon Palms", which consists of spiralling movements performed in a circle.
