Studying since 1990s, I've had the good fortune to be taught by many great teachers including Linda Broda, Aarvo Tucker and Michael Mason. My focus is on health, relaxation and wellbeing. Classes held indoors and outdoors by the sea/mountains. Workplace/individual tuition offered.
