Teaching traditional Chen tai chi syllabus as directly handed down from Grand Master Wang Hai Jun. I have been learning tai chi since 1999, have been a student of Master Wang continuously since 2004 and have been teaching classes since 2011. My classes incorporate foundations and fundamentals of the... silk reeling patterns; 18-movement form; Lao Jia Yi Lu (74-movement) form; Sword form and push hands. I myself also study and practice the Lao Jia Er Lu (Canon fist); Sabre; Spear; Gao Dao; and Xin Jia Yi Lu (New frame) forms so some elements of these are also incorporated into the classes from time to time.
