I teach indoor and outdoor Qi Gong classes in Kendal and Staveley to both beginners and those with experience. I also teach Tai-chi chuan (including weapons forms and partner work). I started my practice in 2003 when I lived in China as an English teacher and have continued to practice ever since. I... am a 1-1 student with John Bolwell (Lakes Tai-chi) and was a student of Raymond Towers for 11 years. I have been teaching for over a decade and have a dedicated and enthusiastic community of students that make newcomers very welcome.
