I have been an internal martial artists for several decades now, focusing on the martial and health aspects of several styles. I am a student of Colin and Gaynel Hamilton in the internal arts (Yiheyuan, Leeds) and also a Judoka under the Greenwood family in Leeds (Kenshiro Abbe Sensei's Kyushindo sy...stem). I teach locally in the West Yorkshire region and internationally at various summer camps. Always happy to take professional development sessions with organisations focusing on health and wellbeing as well as regular group classes and private one-to-one sessions.
