ABOUT
I've been practicing since 1978.
We work from the ground up so are happy to welcome any interest in Taiji, Chi Kung, XingYi, at any level. There is always much more to learn in nie jia, I am still studying and learning.
Whilst acknowledging the martial aspect of the art, my approach is essentially n...on combative, I am facinated by the 'internal' physical principles. Besides that I focus on health, fitness and relaxation.
My studies primarily include;
Yang style / Dr Chi ChiangTao / personal student / 1985-94,
Chen style / Master Chen XiaoWang / 1994-2017,
Hsing-I Ch'uan / Prof. Lin Chang-Li / personal student / 2009-present.
