In this fun and dynamic four-day event, you will learn how to take your taijiquan (tai-chi) practice to the next level. Through basic exercises, progressive and traditional forms, and ‘sensing-hands’ practices the path of progress in the art becomes crystal clear. This class is for anyone from any style or experience level that wants to learn how to make their own taiji practice deeper and more personal.

Learn new solo exercises to support your forms and enjoy lots of fun and gentle partner work with good-spirited taiji playmates. Discover how to apply the timeless Chinese philosophy of yin and yang, five-phases, and more directly to your actual taijiquan practice. This class is an opportunity to play and share with taiji people from many backgrounds—half the fun is in the informal after-event get togethers!​​​​​​​​​​

Cost: Lunch and dinner is included for day attendees
