Saturday mornings are a chance to dive deeper and look at aspects we don’t have time for in the regular weekly class.

You will come away being clearer on the moves and with a fuller understanding of the principles of movement inside taiji.

All this adds to your pool of understanding and gives enthusiasm to your practice.
