There are different versions of Liu Zi Jue, some going back centuries. Come along and learn a different set of 6 Healing sounds, the Chinese Health Qigong Association’s version with our Chinese founder of our club, Mrs Men X. Bao. Each sound is associated with one of the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), stimulating the organs associated with each Element.

Afternoon workshop: 1.15 pm to 3.45 pm (doors open 1pm).
