This camp is part of the series of advanced classes being taught in monthly training sessions.
These sessions are designed to take your Tai Chi Chuan to a deeper level by exploring the art in a very practical way. Sessions will include tui shou (push hands), San Shou, weapons, mindfulness and more. The core style taught is Cheng Man Ching / Huang Shen Shyan, but all style are welcome as martial arts are one family.
