8 Move 1 Step Tai Chi Form Course (Yang Style)

Join us for a half-day course in Rushden on Sunday 22nd October, where you can learn or improve our first form, the 8 Move 1 Step Form. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., we will go through the 8 Move 1 Step form in detail and whether you are new to the form or an experienced student, we will look at improving and refining your performance of the form.
