24 Move Tai Chi Form

Join us to learn or refine your practice of the 24 Move Tai Chi Form, probably the most widely practiced Tai Chi form in the world. This is a great opportunity for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike to deepen their understanding and technique.

Capacity: Limited to 12 participants (9 places remaining as at 18th Dec) — early booking is essential.

This session marks the beginning of a series of 11 separate but interlinked monthly courses running until November 2025. Each session will explore the 24-Move Tai Chi Form in depth. The first session offers you an excellent introduction to Tai Chi, the lovely 24 Move Form, and the series of monthly courses. Plus you get to gain a solid foundation for any further sessions you choose to attend.

The fee will be £45 per person for all 4 hours of training and £25 if you only wish to attend the first two hours.

This course is open to anyone, of any skill level – Come along, learn and enjoy.

Cost: £45 for 4 hours or £25 for 2 hours.
