Description: New Year feels like ancient history now. The wheel of the seasons is slowly turning. If you are “on the wheel”, you will feel tuned in to the vibrations of nature and full of life.

If you don’t quite feel as tuned in as that, I will be teaming up again with my good friend Sue Hix and offering you the opportunity to “jump on the wheel”.

Using meditations and techniques from diverse sources such as Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation, healing, Ayurveda and others Ray and Sue will guide you through a morning workshop of meditation through stillness and movement to help you “tune in” to the energies of the Universe around us.
